AF9 65
Hi,
I purchased the AF9 65 in March this year, connected Bose 7.0soundbar through Arc. Things have been going well till now. If I use Alexa on the soundbar the speakers go back to the TV speakers and then the TV switches off after 20mins, switch T.V back and it continues to switch off. Any ideas why TV goes back to default speakers when trying to use soundbar?

Hi Bernard1970,
That sounds a bit unusual. This might be related to the software, are you sure you've the latest software update installed? You can download it through this link: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/oled-tvs-android-a9f_af9-series/kd-65af9/downloads/000159...

Hi Black_Rose
Thank you for the suggestion but the TV has the latest firmware already checked. Thanks anyway.

Hi Bernard1970,
Can you try factory resetting the TV? You can find the steps here:https://bit.ly/2qNPwro

I've been advised by Bose as my TV is wall mounted and connected to a Bose
soundbar, which is wall mounted, to change the HDMI lead, disconnect the
power lead and re-connect. If that doesn't work then try reset as you
advise. I'm on holiday at the moment, but as soon as I get back it is the
first job. Thanks for the advice.
Thanks Bernard.
