Apple TV App

Afternoon All,

Hope all well. I've just bought a KD-55XG8796 and am very pleased indeed with it.

I've upgraded to the latest firmware giving Android TV 9 but was disappointed not to see the Apple TV app. Does anyone have clarity on an ETA for the Apple TV app on Android TV?

We have a house iOS ecosystem so if it's going to be a while I'd likely buy a new Apple TV box, however, if the app is not too far away I would wait.

No Apple TV+ for Android TV from Apple, I'm sorry... Or, are you find the AirPlay2?

No, I mean the Apple TV app specifically as I understand it still to be released.

I have Airplay and Homekit set-up on the TV but wish to access my Apple iTunes libraries etc. Many thanks.
