Firmware Update of KD-55x9005C

I desire to update the firmware of my KD-55X9005C to the latest version V5.457.

It's no more available on the download official site of SONY.

Can anyone provide me?

The official Sony support site for your TV says you can contact Support in order to get the last firmware update for your TV.

• If the version shown on your TV is lower than latest version shown in the table, please refer to the Contact support section of this article.

I would also try, to change your network connection temporarly, either threaded or go over from that to a wifi and settings you look for network and auto update and after it is up running and connection works, restart the tv with long press on remote power-on button, hold until the tv led lights up and release... Then it should get on with updating.. After all this still no work... . Go settings, and about, or there around and find factory reset and start over

Sony stopped automatic over the air updates for this model of television in June 2024.

The original poster mentioned this in their first post.

Hi @Sandro65   If you search the community for V5.457, then if it still exists, you may find a link to the update file posted by a Sony employee.  Obviously,  at your own risk.
