KD-43XF7596 - unable to add digtal service after upgrade to 6.5629

I've started with a new TV box yesterday. Set all settings up, auto scanned digital resources and got a lot of DVB-T and DVB-T2 channels. Later I was asked to upgrade to 6.5629. Upgrade finished OK, but auto scan of digital gets 0 channels found, now. I tried to restart, later to reset to factory settings, again restart, but no success. I still have 0 channels and I'm not able to add some... Can somebody help?

Hi puvro1,

If you are using an external box to tune digital channels, you will no longer have use for the built in tuner of the TV (As your antenna would be connected to the box), so searching for channels will not yield any results. Have you made sure the correct HDMI input is selected?

In theory, since the update you mentioned is only related to the TV, it shouldn't affect the operation of the box, so I'd check the connections of the box to the mains and to the TV as well.

thanks for reply. Unfortunately I use only internal built-in tuner, no external box.

I understand, that the firmware update shouldn't have affect the TV box. I suppose, it's probable, that my problems are not directly conneted to this update but to some HW problem. At least it's very curious that my problems started directly after the upgrade. I've contacted the authorised service center today and I'll wait for their response.
