Apparently you can dedicate the four coloured buttons to show Program Favourites but I’ve been unable to find out how.

I have successfully used the PC App to rearrange the programme list on my pc, putting some programs onto the Favourites button and transferred the list back onto the TV.

However the coloured buttons on the remote still do not respond.

Am I missing something?

There is not such mention on any user manual about accessing favourite list via coloured button.... You can do it via the TV button (or discovery button depending on the android tv model you have)
