Sony Bravia KD49XF9005BU

Hi all new here still looking about, anyway had my sony bravia KD49XF9005BU since April 2019 with no problems, then last night i was watching a film in zoom mode accessed from my remote (RMF-TX310E) via the Action menu, half way through film remote just stopped responding and now i'm stuck in zoom and can't find a way to turn it back to full mode, which is what i normally had it in.

TV seems to be working normally but can't access action menu from the three buttons on back of tv ?, normally watch tv through a freeview box, so can use temperly to turn program over volume extra, but still stuck in zoom annoying.

I ran through the remote control troubleshooter here and can see the ir light on phone, and the speech button seems to work, but can select anything ?, lastly tv still under warranty would that include the remote there £30 ish to last another year? ........ if i could just get out of zoom for now any ideas anyone cheers

Hi @webb01

On your phone or tablet install the official “Android TV” App by Google LLC. Once paired press Home, Go to Settings, Display and correct your aspect ratio.

Sorry, forgot to say your Remote is covered in your warranty.
