Sony KD-5687000E can't turn on

hi, am having a problem with my android TV whereby it can't turn on eventho I've tried to troubleshoot such as unplugged and plugging. There are no standby light like usual but I can hear sounds came out from the TV and not sure where does it came from. Pls help
