Favorite lists are the option here, they are still fully editable and can be used to organize channels manually.
The TV you had before was older than these operator requirements, which is why it allowed editing."

Unfortunately, on Sony TVs, you cannot edit the channel list in cable TV (DVB-C). This is due to Sony's own choice: they have prevented changing the order of channels using the settings of Finnish cable networks.
According to Sony, the reason for this is that they want to keep the channel lists automatically arranged in order to maintain technical compatibility with operator networks. This is not due to Telia's settings or network, but is a Sony decision in the device's software."
