streaming to tv buffering

Buffering occurs when streaming .mp4 home videos from my Synology NAS 218+ to Sony TV (using Synology's Video Station app).

I use cabeled connections (cat6) from NAS to router and from router to Sony TV (KD-43XF8505).

Who can advise what to do?

Oops: problem solved (I "discovered" the Sony Video app and it works properly .....)
