Doesnt connect when I choose Lan line. Only connects with WIFI?

Which model TV do you have?
Other members that have had connection troubles have either performed
factory resets and or have rebooted their routers which has solved the problem.
It's probably worth you trying these options first.

I have a SONY KD65XE8596. I have re booted the tv 3 times but didnt work.
Im with sky tv and broadband fibre. the last tv connected no problem and this was just a case of taking one tv down and replacing. It connects using the wifi OK.

I think the best advice is to give Support a ring on +44 (0) 2073652810
At least you can tell them you have tried TV resets (and I assume the router too) to no avail, which may speed up the help
process a bit.
