DVD203E......help!!!

When filming with my Dvd203e, I have sound but no picture. I cannot take photos either.  I would appreciate any help.

Sounds like there could be a problem there. A few questions for you.

- If you use the viewfinder, is there any image?

- Do menu's appear on screen or is that dead?

Looking at it, I cannot see any specific settings which you might be able to access. There might be a small reset button after you open the LCD screen which you might want to try.

Problem solved....there was dust on the lens so the shutter could not open,
