PRS-650 authorisation problem

I have a PRS-650 and have attached it to a new computer and had to register again. I now cannot download books to it as it says "Reader is authorised to another user". Any ideas as to how I can solve?

I looked at another problem and followed advice there. Attach your reader to the laptop via USB. Hold Ctrl and shift and tap d 3 times. This deregisters your reader. Then drag the books into reader and they will automatically load on your reader. Unfortuantely all books that were on the reader disappear. But you can now download and read new books.
