You can try to disable it in your profile's settings. Click on your profile picture in the right-hand side corner of the page, then click on 'My Settings'.

There, you will find this page:

Navigate to 'Preferences':

Here, you can remove the tick from the 'Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in', so you will not receive emails when there is a new reply.

If you have already subscribed to a few topics, you can manually unsubscribe on the specific topic's page:

In that case, since the said email is not for community-related matters but for your My Sony account, you can unsubscribe directly from your My Sony account and change your newsletter preferences there.

If none of the suggested ways work, you can send an email to the Privacy Office: privacyoffice.SEU@sony.com.
