I had a Sony BVD-N5200W surround sound Blu-ray player that the insurance company has just written off.
Is there a Sony soundbar or more modern Blu-ray player that is compatible with my rear speakers, which still work just fine?
The cables from the speakers to the rear amp are hidden under coving & I really don't want to have to pull it down.
Thanks
Hi there,
Welcome to the Sony Community.
I'm looking into this for you. In the meantime perhaps another community user may be able to help.
Best wishes,

Hi MartWW,
Welcome to our community!
Since you'll most probably be getting a whole new home theatre system it's best to use the speakers supplied with the new one. I understand it could be a bit inconvenient to install the new one but of the time the rear speakers of one system may not work with another, even if they have the same connection Sony may not guarantee its full functionality.
