I restarted it many times. But same broplem

My L1 Sony screen most of time hanging for example screen was touched by its self Without interference from me

My phone hanging often, formatting has done. Not happy

If you have done formatting then still there is a hope. When we do formatting the files are again copied which we are not able to see. Go to the nearest sony center and get it formatted. It will start working as new. It works if you have not done. else nothing can be done.
