can't instal

My xperia m was updated to 4.3 JB,but after that I can't instal application from other store even instalation from unknown source menu checked,what happens on my xperia m?

Do this:settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.After this,go to settings-accounts-remove your google account and add it again.Restart your phone.
