xperia m4 aqua phone going into restart not getting to home page

xperia m4 aqua stuck in restart mode can only turn off if press power and volume at same time but cant get into home page sony customer services the worst and most appalling service ever experienced no shops no access no customer service hours waiting for people to answer from customer services and not moving forward at all 

i need to get to memory info on phone plus backup but computer doesnot recognise usb can anyone advise

I'm really sorry about your experience and I have bad news, you won't be able to access the internal memory unless you can boot the phone; with that said, try this

1 remove the SIM and SD cards and try to turn it on (make sure that it's connected to a wall charger) 

if that doesn't work 

2 try 1 again, but this time, press the volume down as soon as the phone starts to turn on and do not release it, this will boot the phone in safe mode.

Try a different cable to connect it to the PC, if it connects and stays on, you can check the USB settings. Do you happen to have your stuff in an SD card, or maybe try signing into your email account on drive and check if there are files to restore, if the automatic backup was turned on previously.
