I have forgotten the pattern of the mobile and now a security question comes out and I do not remember anything. I tried to format the mobile by pressing the three buttons but it does not do anything, it just vibrates three times but does nothing.
Is there any other solution?

He olvidado el patrón del móvil y ahora sale una pregunta de seguridad y no recuerdo nada. He intentado formatear el móvil presionando los tres botones pero no hace nada, sólo vibra tres veces pero no hace nada.
