I have bought a Smart Watch 2 and I tried to connect with NFC but it didn't work(The mobile vibrated when I held the Smart Watch 2 to the back of the mobile, but there was no message at the screen of my XPERIA S). So I tried to connect with Bluetooth but then I saw that I was not able to turn on Bluetooth at my Xperia S. When I try to turn on Bluetooth it's loading for a few seconds but then(when it should be turned on) it is not on. What can I do?
Force restart the device(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).
@alexdon: Thanks for the advice but it does not work. Does someone else have an idea to solve the problem?
Having the same problem here!
When switching bluetooth on, it takes a while and after that, bluetooth is switched off again!
Tried everything, inclusive factory reset, manually deleted all data, installing the newest software from the scratch, and so on.
Nothing helps!
Can I get a debug log output somewhere so that I could see if there's a hardware defect or something?
Have you or anyone found a solution for this ? I havent been able to do anything about this. I backed up my phone, Factory Reset and nothing. Turned Debug on in the developer's options but didnt find anything. I would hate to have to go without bluetooth because I used it to listen to music through my laptop from the comfert of my couch or when I have friends over.
Problem is: Bluetooth turning on for a few seconds and then automatically turning itself off. I am not sure if this is a Hardware issue or a software issue, but in either case I would love to find a solution for it.
My phone is a bit old at the moment (3 years) but it has been a survivour in all cases. This issue arised recently while I had it docked and didnt even touch it. (Worked while docked, didnt move it, didnt touch it, tried it again the next day, automatically turns off) I did have a software update though. so that might be a cause but I dont want to jump my gun just yet.
Cheers
Worked perfecly
I completely forgot to say: THANK YOU!
