Can't save my contacts

I noticed I used up a lot of my space on my phone, so I went setting/application/manage applications and then all. From there I started pressing clear data and by accident I pressed clear data for my contacts. But, now when I try to add contacts to my contact list I can’t :|:| WHAT do I do now? I did press import contact from memory and it showed me that they all came; but yet I don’t see them :S

Hi, see if this helps ....

Launch Contacts app, press MENU button>Filter>Phone contact, check if All contacts is ticked.
