Can't send Picture Messages

I'm on T-Mobile (UK) and can't send picture messages. I've gon through all the help on the t-mobile site but nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Have you tried to set up the MMS service manually?

I've followed instructions from the t-mobile website to add an APN but that hasn't helped. I can send pictures when I'm connceted to wi-fi but can't send when only on mobile signal

Picture Messages (MMS) MUST go through your network not wifi, so you do need a data plan.

I do have a data plan with T-mobile it covers everything

Yes used the settings they gave me on the t-mobile site and the plan is up and running

at the moment I have 5 apns for Tomile MMS
