Cannot connect my ARC S to PC COMPANION since last update

Hi there,

Since the PC Companion was updated i cannot conntect my ARC S to the computer...

PC Companion keeps looking for the cell phone but can't find it, i've reinstalled the PC Companion software but it keeps the same.

What can i do?

this is an official sony software so don't worry..

install this also , and then try to connect..

it might be due to mtp driver

connect your mobile to pc companion... wait for sometime until it shows that yo cannot connect to pc companion

once it shows then follow the steps-

then on your pc, in control panel, go to devices and printers, it will show xperia ARC S with yellow (error) triangle , right click on it and click troubleshoot..then apply the fix ( it will install a driver )

What connection mode have you tried? Media Transfer Protocol and Mass Storage Mode?

Try both and see if there's any difference.

Also make sure to try with several USB-ports after restarting the PC.

Just followed the steps in the update service, it said that the phone was already updated.

Next time i connected it with PC Companion the problem was gonne lol

the link you give i download it but it ssy this application can only support windows 7 or higher version but i'm already on windows 7 x.PNG
