Contacts Sync

I recently added addresses to 4 contacts using PC Compannion on my lap top.  When I then sync'd my phone, all the addresses were added to the last contact I'd updated instead of each individual contact.  How can I avoid this happening.

I'm sorry to hear. Are you syncing via SE Sync or Gmail in PC Companion?

If you're syncing via SE Sync I suggest that you export you contacts from SE Sync to Gmail to check if they same problem occurs syncing with Gmail instead or vice versa.

Hi, thanks for your help.  I downloaded the program 'My Phone Explorer', but it will not recognise my phone.  I've tried all the connection options, i.e. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB etc, but in all cases I get similar error messages as follows.

Connection to phone could not be established

Phone could not be Identified

or

connection to phone could not be established

Failed to obtain IP address of phone

I could not find any way around this.

Have you any advice please?

No, I have it on my PC,  How do I get it on my phone?

go to the market and type my phone explorer, or

click on that link -> log in -> and send that app to your phone
