Hi @VidaTB, welcome to our forum!
You can try and use the Google service called "Find my Device" to set a new screen lock on your Xperia V and see if that works.
Otherwise you will have to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to remove the screen lock from your device and this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device.
