Does anybody know how I can get my sim code pin attempts counter reset. I’ve just changed service providers from EE to Talk Talk. When starting the handset (LT30p) I was prompted for a sim code pin. After bad advice I tried a few simple combinations (0000 1234 etc) and now, apparently the phone is permanently locked even after inputting the correct code and only Sony can reset the counter. I’ve sent three messages to Sony support with no response and today was twice on the landline to Sony helpline but they didn’t understand what I was talking about. I’d appreciate any practical advice as my phone, at the moment, is scrap!
