Hello my new IBM WINDOWS 10 PC is not recognising my XPERIA MOBILE PHONE..via USB CONNECTION??  have downloaded XPERIA CAOMPANION still no recognition!

What phone model are you using?

Try connecting it via another USB port, or use another USB cable. When the connection popup message appears on your phone screen choose "MTP" or "Media Transfer" mode.
