Hello,
For a few months my phone switches off when I use it, until now I turned it back on and it was okay. But since few weeks ago, when my battery is close to 70% it turns off ..
The only solution I have found is to have my phone permanently loading ...
And when I take pictures, videos, it discharges very quickly. Taking videos last time, it went from 98% to 54% in 10 minutes! Then when it is 30% my battery empties up to 0% in some seconds ...
What should I do?

Based on the information you have provided it does sound like it's related to hardware rather than software since you need to have a charger connected all the time otherwise the phone will turn itself off.
Just to make sure that the software in the phone is not the cause of this, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage and reinstall the latest available software, so creating a backup using Xperia Companion before you start with the repair is advised.
If you experience the same behaviour after the software repair is completed, your phone will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this procedure so get in contact with them.
