My xperia x10 mini won't turn on!

My phone froze so I had to restart it, but it turned itself off instead and now it won't turn back on, anyone know why? or what i can do?

errm hi but i don't know where are the batteries located on the x10 mini.

Oh, I have forgotten! Then just press and hold MENU (middle hard key) together with ON/OFF key, see if phone vibrates and starts up.

If that does not work, plug phone to charger and try the above method again.

Yup. I have done that just now but the phone is still stuck at the sony ericsson screen and keeps rebooting.

Only left with Software Repair .... Here's the download link to SE Update Service, http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1317636927/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.10.7.exe. Use this to reload software to phone, no requirement to switch on phone for this process.

Please note that phone data will be erased completely, SD Card not affected. Unfortunately, you are not able to backup phone data.

I tried that before. It told me to slide down the status bar and tap on mount but i can't even turn on the phone how to mount it?

Ok, please follow these instructions ....

- Download SE Update Service to your PC/Laptop.

- Launch SE Update Service and follow on-screen instructions.

DO NOT switch on phone, just connect to PC/Laptop via USB when prompted.
