Im in sri lanka and i still didnt get my update for 6.2.B.0.211 for my xperia S when will i get this ???

That update only fixed a wifi issue for certain middle eastern countries. You probably don't need it in Sri Lanka.

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country

or

2) manually update your phone
