I have just tried to unlock my phone using the power button and the phone is completely unresponsive. I have tried connecting it to the charger, pressed the reset button, everything I can think of the screen is completely black. The phone is still on as it keeps vibrating to tell me I have messages and my colleague tried to ring me and it rang and vibrated, but the screen stays off...
Please help me! I haven't done anything, it has been sitting on my desk all day, it hasn't been near water, been dropped nothing. It's only about a month old...
Thanks!

Did you try to keep pressed the power button for 10/20 seconds?
Did you try to keep pressed the off button under back cover with the tip of a pen for same time?
Try also to connect to a PC/Laptop and verifiy if is recognised and if you can access to internal memory
Try Restart
Restart your phone to turn off all running applications and to free up memory. Remove the back cover. Press and hold down the OFF button using the tip of a pen or a similar object. The device turns off automatically. After the device is turned off, restart your phone.
I tried all options but none of them work. Also my warranty expired last month and my phone automatically switched on after removing and reinserting my battery but lock/power button still not working. It makes me I kept my phone idle for long time also there is no option to disable lock in my phone only screen turnoff I can manage but it consumes more battery than previous.
It Works!
Thanks!
