Process.com.android.phone has stopped

My xperia Arc is out of warranty and displaying error "process.com.android.phone" has stopped.
The phone reboots after 30 seconds and does not even allow me to connect to PCC.

How I achieved it
1) Changed the Sim card.
2) Connected to PCC and tried to sync the existing contacts.
3) Disconnected the ongoing contact & Calender sync.

After that phone rebooted and since then I just cannot start my phone.
All it does is boot up and say "Android is upgrading" and then display "process.com.android.phone" has stopped.
It reboots after 30 seconds.
Now m phone is totally unusable.
Please help.

FYI it is totally unrooted and updated to latest Firmware via PCC.

You will have to repair the software

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue) 

PC Companion http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

How can I repair the software ?

Even in Safe mode all it does is stay for 30 seconds with the same error "process.com.android.phone" has stopped.

Any was to bring my phone to fatory state ?

My Friend found the correct link and helped me restore my phone.

Sony has a magic tool to restore to factory settings with latest updates.

i alreday download the pc companion, but when i klick software repair, and connect the device by pressing the low volume button, noting happend. I dont mind if my data will gone.

"Proscess.comxxxxxxx"  appear after i flashing to the new lollipop, downgrade from marshmallow. It is appear after booting, when i press oke several times, it restarted again. It happended again and again.

I upgrade software because when i recieve call, the screen blank and i cant press any button until the conversation ended.

Please advice,, i getting board of sony android problem over and over again.
