Hi, first I know that I'm totally worng, I unlocked my BL, so my warrant is void...
But, may someone help me?
My device(xperia s) only enter in fastboot/flashmode and nothing more, even the LED charger was not turning on...
My battery is fully charged, I'll post what I tried before with no sucess...
My phone died when I flashed a custom kernel and entered in CWM, when I choose wipe data my phone power off(in the same way when you press vol up+ power button), now I'm panic and I think that I lost my XS
Flash another custom Kernel via Fastboot - Not worked
Flash stock kernel and rom via flashtools - Not Worked
Hard reset(vol up + power until 3 vibs) - Not Worked
Open the device, take off the battery and charged - Not Worked
Relock BL after flash stock rom and try to repair in PC companion - Not Worked
As I can't relock the bootloader, I can't even repair via PC companion
Thanks for the attention and I still having a little hope, thank you guys!
Have you flashed a complete stock rom using flashtool
To relock your bootloader flash this from the below link using flashtool
As you probably know place the ftf file in your firmware folder in the flashtool folder on C: drive

Stock FTF file if you want to try it's the LT26I 6.0.A.3.75 Generic UK.ftf

Oh and because your phone won't boot up PCC will not work you will have to use SUS found here to run a repair
I've already tried that...
I said on my post all the thing that i tried and did not worked...
Thanks for support mate, but I'm almost losing my hope "/
You never said you tried SUS which is not PCC, PCC works in normal mode then reboots your phone into flash mode - SUS starts from flash mode - A hard brick that I'm aware of is when not even the usb port works which requires a test point modification so as I said above run the relock B/L then run SUS
As you never said you tried SUS thats why I offered up the idea
It's ok mate, I'm not blaming you or something like that, it's just that my english is horrible ^^
Anyway, I tried to flash the relock ftf, but it did not worked, nothing that I try is working, I just don't know what more I can do...
All that I did i posted on the first post, and none of them worked...
All that I can do is enter on fastboot/flashmode, but all that I do nothing work...
I'm starting to guessing that maybe my hardware is damaged...
The last thing that my device did was try to wipe cache, then it powered off...
And when I wrote "fastboot -w" on fastboot, he just wiped data, when he tries to wipe the cache the following error appears:

I just don't know what more I can do...
Really thanks for your attention mate, and sorry if my bad english is hard to understand...
The below link is the proper Recovery file for the Xperia S - It's what we use to enter recovery mode and some like myself install a signed version of superuser before re-flashing the kernal.sin
To use enter into Fastboot mode and enter
fastboot flash boot recovery-nozomi.img
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B-yM_qnM8ZPRU2VWazlla19tWE0
Now if that worked then you may be able to use Fastboot to re-install your system using what we call a Pre-Rooted system Image - I have a few on file for various firmware version but the only one on my drive is an ICS .452 version - I've no idea which country it's from
To use follow the below
Enter the following command at the command prompt (replace Filename with the file name of the firmware image that you copied into the fastboot folder
fastboot flash system FILENAME
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B-yM_qnM8ZPRX0loZWgxMGFKNmc
That was helpful and hopeful mate, but at end it not worked again...
I'm starting to think that my device is with some hardware failure, or something like that, there is no hope for him(at least I think)...
It's really sad, an amazing phone and all that I can do now is nothing...
But REALLY thanks for your tips mate, thanks for the attention too!
I was searching on google and finded someone asking for the same problem that mine, the difference is that was on motorola defy, he had to change the device motherboard, I think that the same happened to me!
Thanks again for your attention mate!
