Raise the issue to Kazuo Hirai.. CEO of Sony... support people are giving ******** info..

It is clear that, Sony has cheates us by delivering defected peace Tipo/ Tipo Dual...

I'm  software Developer + tester. I know, what is product life cycle.

How to test a product... But... I think tester's in Sony are just enjoying nights with the Girls and not doing their job...

Customers are literely frustrated and support people are just suggesting to go in service center rather than to report issues to Development Team.

[I think they also enjoying the same girls.. But thats not my problem..]

The problem is, how Sony can take this so lightly.. even if this issue can be solved with software patches? They are not even assuring that they will release fix for bug.. they are just simply ignoring...

We will not let you do this to us and go away.... Angry_Face

if anybody reading this post can give me details of "Kazuo Hirai" CEO of Sony, then please help me...

Dear SONY MOBILES Support Team,

Am Mohanish, user of SONY XPERIA Z3 COMPACT mobile bought in Nov '15. The phone works beautifully (without a single problem) for 10-12 months, but afterwards since then every month it's condition has gone down from bad to worst.

Today it is in such a condition where other than receiving and making phone calls it is good for nothing. Phone screen has developed bad/poor sensing issue due to which am unable to do anything. Thought of SONY brand name at the time of buying (which at that point of time in my mind stands for quality) and bought it at a whooping price of Rs 28,000... now I am completely regretting on my decision.

The list of problems am facing with the SONY mobile is endless and do not like to waste my time in listing them here. SONY should stop production of mobile phones completely as they do not seems to have any expertise.

There were people who suggested not to buy SONY mobile phones at that time, but I didn't bother much to note there advise/recommendation. Wish I would have listen there suggestions and have bought some other brand...made a big mistake of buying SONY brand MOBILE.

I gave repairing of my SONY-Xperia Handset at your Delhi Service Center vide Job No. *personal info hidden* dt. 4/11/17 2-days after it's checking they said it will cost INR.8,000/- for fixing the fault. I simply get return of my Handset without repairing, but they charged INR.118/- from me for it's checking. Thereafter you will surprise to know that I got this handset repaired from our Local neighboring shop for INR.500/- only that too within half an hour. So, it is evident that some stupid Technicians are sitting at SONY India Delhi office. Now, for the sake of my trouble and agony may I request you to instruct SONY India to refund my money, which they charged for doing NOTHING. Best Regards, G. This is really shocking I made complaint against agency and same agency this time claims to be from sony and never revels that they are from New Sai.

Further engineer came for visit asked Rs240 and refused to provide bill. And shocking this impersonator called Dnyaneshwar says Rs295/- refusing to provide bill.

Further I am told to find out if part available or not will take 5 to 6 days you can see mail below.

I want sony to call me or will be forced to put this on social media.

We had a very pathetic experience with the service center. Wish no one go through the same as we did.

After spending 15,000 rupees for a brand new phone from sony, I had used the phone for 1 single day ,next day the phone was going off by its own  we and immediately took it to the Adyar, Chennai, sony service center to repair it as it was brand new phone.They had given us back after a week saying it has been resolved, we happened to see a scratch also when they returned it to us, but as our priority was to get the phone repaired ,we just did not bother about anything else as the scratch was small. Next day, again the phone went off while using and again I had to go to the same service center.

Now they are saying that I have to pay extra as it does not come under warranty. How bad and unprofessional are the people working in a sony service center can be??

So pathetic, it’s not just the matter of money, it’s a matter of the time and trust we had on the sony customer service and product that we lost when we had this sort of bad experience from stupid and unprofessional staffs in sony center.

Karthik, staff in the sony center who has promised us to resolve the issue gave us our brand new phone with a scratch on it without resolving the issue that we had with the phone going off by its own. Now it is laying in the service center with them since more than 1 month. They never answer the call when we call them for the update.

Another lady in the store, who sits at the reception, was behaving so rude and unprofessional when we went and called. Always poor response and unprofessional behavior from the staff named Karthik and Receptionist lady. If they do not want to work then please ask them to sit at home instead of fooling us and wasting our valuable time by making us call and go to the store many times .Such a painful experience we never had with any of other brand or staffs I feel.

Please customers , do not purchase sony mobile or go to their service center if you are planning to buy a mobile phone of sony brand. Try with REDMI or any other better brand with good service center and staffs. Sony mobile and service center is pathetic.

The IMEI No of mobile is.The second & major problem is the repair services offered by one of your service center "Sai system, shop no3, plot no 11 tulsivihar, Abhyankar nagr Nagpur, he is made cc to this mail.

The set has been handed over to them on 11th june 2018 vide job no W118061100917. The narrated repair cost of around 12000 and is consented as well. The repair time sugeested was a week time only.

They hardly pick phone , nor  intimate any development, yesterday when I sent my son , they said this will take another 25 days.

It is the height of services specially in terms of SONY.please look into this urgently.

Dear Sir,
It has been several months and yet I have not got any resolution for my issue.1 year my phone has been in your service centre for about 6 months . 
 
Now I am getting forced to collect my phone without any resolution from the service centre
 
Since I have explained all my greiviances earlier ,only thing I have to add here is that your service centre is asking me to reduce the resolution of the camera and use it. 
 
I am once again attaching all the required documents and video of my problem as well as your service centre job sheets. 
 
I request you to not harrass me further by asking me to go here and there and refund all my amount which I paid to you . 
My last option is to go to consumer court for all the physical mental and economical harrasment done by your esteemed company and service centre,I hope you will not push me to do so .
