Setting customize mp3 ringtones for contacts in 4.1.2

In ICS, I was able to set diffrent ringtones for each contact by picking songs from mp3 files .But in JellyBeans now its imposible to select a mp3 as ringtone for certain contact.Can any one help me to solve this problem??

open the Phonebook > select the contact > tap on the Edit icon > go to the bottom > ringtone > tap on the music note icon (top right) > select the ringtone > Done

when you click the bar under the contac's ringtone, does it pop up the screenshot you posted or it pops up a screen where it asks you to complete the action with which app?

If you complete the action with sound picker you could not see your mp3, you need to choose with file manager.

Try and see if this helps.

Is there any possibilty to change it??

can you try to download and install other file manager? such as ES file explorer.
