my xperia p is not starting plz help me

i tried to upgrade to jelly bean using pc companion but it didn't installed correctly

so i tried to repair and it said that repair is failed

now my device is not starting

when i connect charger then it shows sony logo repeatedly and device is not starting

plzzz help meeeee
