T3 Starting Problem

I don't know how to name the problem, so it's the best to put a photo.

It's like this since yesterday. Normally it would take me less than half a minute to get to the PIN Card info, but this time it won't start. Before this happened I had to restart the phone since my display gone crazy and only working button on the screen was the one to check multiple programs and apps that have been used lately. Please help, got a lot important stuff on the phone which I do not want to lose.

Hi @IbracadabraZI9 and welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and force restart your device. To do so, press and hold volume up and the on/off key down simultaneously until the device powers off. Then start your device as normal and see if you are still experiencing the same behavior.

I would also recommend that you that you try to temporarily remove any SD and SIM card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.
