Where's the update 11.2.A.0.31 for who still did'nt get it?

Hello sony, I'm from Malaysia and still did'nt get the new updates for Xperia J. The updates release in 29th May, but when I try to connect to Sony PC Companion, it said that my phone is up-to-date with 11.2.A.0.21? Still confusing.

just like any other update you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country/region

or

2) manually update your phone
