Hi all,
I really want to know why Sony change that beauty dark backgrounds for Messaging and Contacts and Phone and turned to White!!! on new update for 4.1.2 Andriod? its really shocking for our eyes!!!
All environments of Sony S are dark and totally set with Black frame of Sony S.
Thanks
Really hope they pay for craps like you do. Face the facts, this white background will stay until Sony give you the option but that will take another few updates. Suggestions are for consideration only. They are free of course. :smileymischief:
I love the new white background! It's so better!

Different people love different things. That's why they invented the "Settings" so everyone can be happy having the option to choose the things they love. As far as I know the customization is one of the main Android advantages over iOS.
I hope everyone will get my point
That's what customised ROM is all about. But for OFFICIAL one, you get what they give. Whether Sony will give you that choice is their call. You can always choose one that suits you.
Customised rom need to root your phone and say byebye to warranty
Sony d mot give warranty on software of your phone.
Have to say I am not overly bothered about the white background, unless it's true what people say about it using more battery, in which case, it is pretty annoying. Plus all of the previous softwares on my Sony Android smartphones have had dark themes which is kinda the Sony trademark and the design looked nicer. But I can live with it.

If the official firmware can't be adjusted to the user (the one who expect it when he/she give his/her money) then it $uck$ IMHO
Same for those having the black theme who want it white in Samsung, I think. Can put it on wish list and see whether Sony oblige. Rather they fix the other bugs first.

I agree.
