xperia go has no network signal and I need to reboot my phone to be able have a network signa.
I am sure this not a sim card or a network provider problem because in my previous phone I never experienced this problem.
This is so annoying I missed a lot of calls.
Is this bug on the firmware of XPERIA 2012 Family?
You can see the red x mark at the top of signal bars indicating that there is no signal.
I am having the same problem. I just bought this phone yesterday. I reboot and 30 minutes later signal goes out..
Try to set your mobile network to manual under settings>wireless networks>mobile networks>network operators the manually choose your network provider. Observr your phone. Mine is under my observation if the problem recur I will just wait for ics update.
i tried re installing the firmware and it helped for a bit but then it went out again, I will try your suggestion to see what happens... thanks
btw : did your method solved the problem for you?
As of now I'm not experiencing problem with my network signal.
how often did it go out before and may i ask what GSM carrier your on?. I have another one on ATT and is working fine. The one with the problem is the one on Tmobile network
I have the same problem and i am angry because this device is always missing important calls. :smileyangry:. what should I do?
try method above by Sindikato or try installing current firmware again that help on TMobile network
I tried this.
Moreover its getting worse. Now this happens every 10 min. I found in internet that it is the problem of filmware so we have to wait new updates. There are sa few another decisions, I will try them if support center won't help me.
Do you have two of them or am I misreading your post? Have you tried swapping the SIM cards to see if it's the phone or a bug that only shows up on T-Mobile? I haven't had any problems with my Go, but I'm on a European network. Have you contacted support (not this forum)? I wouldn't count on a new firmware necessarily fixing it, especially if they're not aware of the problem.
