Depends on what frequency your provider uses and whether or not you have the Sim card in slot one or two as only one slot supports 4G
Yes, it is known handset of Sony because it is not support 4G LTE
I had same problem. My sony experia T2 ultra was not supporting 4G on Jio sim.I went to sony mobile service center I was told that Jio uses voice on LTE this set will not support Jio but it will support airtel. I rushed and got airtel 4 G sim but it is showing 3G only.I am planning to go to service center again.But after reading about the experience of all i am not hopeful anymore.The service people definitely knw the problem but they also did not tell me.It is very disgusting.
