I have also repired my phone using Sony update service and still have the same version of jb as before (4.1.2). My customization number is: 1268-8838-r4i.

Hello all.. I updated my V to 4.3 about 2 days ago, than i found out that the screenshot button wasn't there anymore.. Can anybody please tell me how can i use the function again? Your help is much appreciated.. TQ!

I am from India and I have got the update. But I'm unable to upgrade OTA or through the PC Companion.

The download goes till 98% and then quits stating unable to download. The PC companion gives an obscure error like 0x80007002 and quits. Anyone knows how to get the upgrade or fix this error?
