After flashing ftf files from Sweden, Norway Ukraine or Russia my phon not always have LTE, after flash Sweden ftf have LTE, but from Russia or Ukraine have only 4G. Why? My settings are always use LTE.

hello people, for those who can not wait to send the upgrade of sony xperia v here is a version of android 4.3 india (https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B6OcGH8yjAPOazdlc1RRR3R1RmM&export=download).
this version works for those who had to upgrade xperia v 4.1 free European center. works perfectly and do not worry because it is Indian, just choose your language and go. I hope to serve

we don't want to use flashtools or another way for 4.3.

just we want to have update like another regions.
