No one from sony support answer your quastion! We are waiting from december but nothing and no one answers!
So better will be to change your xperia with another brand!

I got .199 update to my Xperia V in PH.
Emonskie, you must have a different FW region.

I suggest DO NOT UPDATE to .199
It is so Buggy. The camera bug? It's not really a problem for me.

Some othetr bugs bugging me.
Like the the back, home, and multitask keys don't vibrate on touch.
Major theme bug,
And other stuff..

It is normal Portugal having a customization version of: 1269-8838 and didnt be able do the update for 4.3 ? - (not as I whish cause i read that users are having problems a lot of problems)  ... my mobile is unbranded, i tried to use every network simcard, and nothing happen... could be exist one problem in database ? they didnt nothing yet, (operator, brand... etc) what could it be?

After 2 days since I installed it, .210 update seems to be very stable .

Camera issue still needs to be fixed, but had no reboots or strange behaviour with the rest of the apps.

Battery consumption seems good as well.

The only things I had to do after the update were:

- car bluetooth not receiving audio from phone during a call: had to uncheck/check again "send sound" in the pairing settings from phone to car

- Google maps did not lock to gps in the first run after update: restarted the app and all went fine afterwards

So, if you have the .210 update pending and are afraid of doing it, don't be and upgrade.

Unless you want to stay with 4.1.2, which is the most bug-free version up to now...

As many users said before i am also very disappointed of sonys service.

NO INFORMATION about the actuel postion with the updates.

I am from Germany and as many of us say no one get an update or an information when we get it ( allegedly from march 2014)

If i can give a device but i do not think that sony is going to think avout it:

Sonys smartphones are the best on the market!!!!!!!!

But with your worst service and customers orientation you loose many fans and the sympathy.

I hope that someone will check it at any time!
