I am a German user who has been following this discussion for months now and I used to be ultra-passionate about this topic. Today I cannot understand why I was so freaked out in the first place. It would not surprise me if this update will be skipped in favor of KitKat. It would also not surprise me if we never receive an update. It would be absolutely natural behavior because Sony has to focus on newer products and there is simply not enough critical mass behind the XV userbase to put pressure on motivate them to shift developer resources away from recent products towards end-of-life products.

Lets face the facts: It was originally announced for deployment ~ 6 months ago, then postponed twice with a very buggy rollout in "not-so-important" (test) countries.

I personally have gone from checking the update-screen frantically every hour to checking it maybe once a week and my confidence is not growing. My personal+kind suggestion to everyone: Stop worrying about it if your phone runs fine, and if you absolutely cannot wait: There is still CM

Nevertheless,  .210 is the best 4.3 version for lt25i :

- stable

- good battery life

- less buggy

Those on 4.3 should have the chance to get this update.

Let's see if the carriers on those locations are sensitive to this...

Update still not available in Belgium. I'm still stuck on 9.2.A.0.295 with customization number: 1269-8594
