All4 app keeps crashing

All the apps on my Sony work fine - netflix, Nowtv, Amazon prime etc - but whenever I watch an All4 programme it keeps crashing . The 4/5 dots appear and buffer and often I get a screen with text saying not working. I was trying to watch Deutschland 89 at the time. Any ideas?

Please update the internet content in the network settings and see if the issue persists.

Probably the app is not up-to-date.
