Don't know if you managed to solve this problem, but if not maybe you need to give a bit more detail.
Is this box appearing on all channels or only on AV channels (External equipment)?
How long have you had the set and wen did it start occuring?
Have you added any external equipment (DVD, VCR, etc) recently.
I assume you have already tried this
