BBC iplayer not loading. KDL-32EX500 help please!

Hi. When I press iplayer widget button it takes me back to tv channel I was watching. All other widgets work perfect. Tv has newest software (089EUL), Ethernet cable connection to router. I did reset to factory settings. I did refresh internet content. Can I do anything else please?

HI,

I had the same issue, but found that the Internet content needed refreshing, which failed, so had to reset the TV's wireless card so it would learn a new IP address.  After learning a new IP address then I could refresh the Internet content and 'hey presto' the iPlayer would then work.
