Bravia KDF-E5011E - indicator blinks 2x red every 3 seconds

Please any advise WHAT that means:

TV does not switches on.

"On/Off" indicator lamp binks red 2 times every 3 seconds.

Tried to keep TV switched off for a longer period expecting cooler problems, but it does not help and TV is not switches on.

Local service shop advises they are unable to provide any information until TV is delivered to them for complete diagnostics. This is what I  can not believe (sofar) ...

ANY HELP, please  !

It is kind of selfdiagnose of TV whitch can appired when for example You have overvoltage or some power oscilations. TV has his protected system and in simular conditions he turn him on which result with sefdiagnose and blinking of indicator lamp several time. Blinking can be very different. Visit authorised Sony service and do not worry, thay will chack it out and set it right again.
