Bravia TV KDL-40EX403 SET UP

HAving found the instruction manual and the I Manual useless, I try to ask here.  Having connected to my cable TV box my new Bravia TV via scart, how do I get the TV set up so that it does communicate to the Cable TV box through AV1 or AV2? Why is it not working?

Hi Nurian,

Not sure what model you have, but on mine, there is a little heart on one of the remote buttons. Pressing this should show all of the available connections on the screen, and you can navigate to AV1 or AV2 by pressing the right and left arrows that surround the centre button, then pressing the centre button to confirm your selection. Alternatively, there is a small buttone at the top left of my remote looks like a rectangle with an arrow poiinting through it, That will cycle through the available inputs with each press - just stop pressing when you get to AV1 or AV2.
