why does my guide say 'invalid data' even though it has been auto tuned or digital tuned, when i try to ask for a reminder, which normally changes the station to the one selected?
What model TV do you have and what software version is it on?
sorry, it is a KDL-32W4000 CAN NOT SEE SOFTWARE VERSION INFO BUT YEAR OF MANUFACTURE WAS 11/2008,

Sony has confirmed that there's no solution for this since the TV is too old.
